This workout is a 12 week program.


This workout will focus on leg day!


Push workouts, you train all the upper body pushing muscles, i.e. chest, shoulders and triceps. Pull workouts, you train all the upper body pulling muscles, i.e. back and biceps. Leg workouts, you train all the muscles in your lower body.


Program with workouts that simulate all your muscle groups in one workout.
The Workout of the Week is a free workout that you will be able to subscribe to. This will be updated once a week.
