Welcome to the 10weeks Bodyweight training program, this program has 50 workouts that you can do over the 10 weeks which will challenge you physically and mentally. There will be no equipment required, it can be done anywhere by anyone at any time. Program is filled with HIIT, HICT, TABATA and Bodyweight WODs.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
HIIT is interval training where by you will be working for 2min and in those 2min there will be doing 4 exercises and each exercise will be 30sec. At the end of the 2minutes Beginners will rest for 2min, intermediates 1min and advanced 30sec. Rounds will be specified below the workout.
HICT (High Intensity Continues Training)
HICT is performing a specific exercise or exercises for a period of time with no rest in-between You try get in as many round as you can in that period of time .
This is a 4 minutes training method whereby you will perform a exercise for 20sec and rest 10sec, repeat this the whole 4min. When 2 exercises have been mentioned you will alternate between the 2 exercises e.g. Squats for the 1st 20sec rest for 10sec then sit ups for the next 20sec rest 10sec and then you repeat this for 4 minutes
Make sure to give every workout your all, if you looking for results and you looking to get better, you have to push yourself, you need to get uncomfortable. It is high recommended that you follow the program with well-balanced nutrition plan for maximum results
